Question: I know this is mostly an East coast message board, but I thought I'd try it anyway.I need a referral to somebody that can do a meaningful power quality survey in a suite of a multi-story commercial office building in downtown San Francisco. It's a 1906 vintage building and has been remodeled constantly.Bonus points if this somebody can do an EMF study too. Of course it's 3-phase. Harmonics are one aspect to look at.Please post the information here so other interested parties can benefit from the referral(s). I'm expecting that documenting any power irregularities in this building will be of interest to the dozens of other tenants.[Even if you do not have a referral, I would appreciate hearing any tailgate stories of power quality issues, their impact, and their resolution].

Tips: When selecting a power quality consultant, look for someone who is experienced in commercial buildings and has a strong understanding of electrical theory. Be prepared to provide the consultant with detailed information about the building's electrical system and the specific issues you are experiencing.* The cost of a power quality survey can vary depending on the size and complexity of the building. However, it is a valuable investment that can help you identify and mitigate power quality problems, improve equipment reliability, and ensure a safe and productive work environment. Flag for review
