Question: Hi iam ready to submit the documentation for my registered licence in fl since i just pass the two exams. there is a company that charge me $1500 to do all my paperwork and submit that to the board. but that not include the corporation cost. the company name is licence ect . or if some one all ready did this documentation please tellme what steps i have to do and the $$$ that cost to get this.thanks.

Steps to Obtain Registered License in Florida



1. Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam

- Contact Pearson VUE for exam registration

2. Complete Pre-Licensing Education Course

- 63 hours of approved course work

3. Create a Business Entity (Optional)

- Register as a corporation, LLC, or sole proprietor (costs vary)

4. Apply for a Real Estate License

5. Background Check
