Question: hello could someone explain on form LTG-INST what this statement is asking for it reads--in the table below identify all applicable construction documents that specify the requirements for the scope of responibility for this installation cretificate. the table below has 3 columns first says document title or description second column says applicable sheets or pages, tables, schedules, etc third column says date approved by the enforcement agency. any in put would be greatly appreciated
Line 1: Document Title or Description This column refers to the title or description of the construction document that specifies requirements for the scope of responsibility outlined in the Installation Certificate.
Line 2: Applicable Sheets or Pages, Tables, Schedules, Etc. This column indicates the specific sheets, pages, tables, or schedules within the construction document that contain the relevant requirements. For instance, if a specific table or section of a construction drawing outlines the electrical scope of work, that information would be listed here.

Overall, the statement is requesting the following information: Identify all construction documents that define the scope of responsibilities for the installation covered by the Installation Certificate. For each document, specify the applicable sections, such as specific pages, tables, or schedules, that outline the relevant requirements. Provide the date when these construction documents were approved by the local enforcement agency. This information is essential for ensuring that the installation meets all applicable requirements and complies with building codes and regulations.
